As the saying goes, you don't change a winning team. With over 1.3 million customers in 130 countries in 7 years on the market, the current 3008 is certainly a winner! However, the PEUGEOT teams have not hesitated to revise their copy from top to bottom, with one objective in mind: to maintain its leadership. For Gaëtan Demoulin, Brand Project Manager for the E-3008, boldness was an obvious choice: "We made strong, bold choices for the new E-3008 SUV, in terms of concept, appeal and electric performance. The automotive market is undergoing a profound transformation, and the inventiveness shown by the PEUGEOT brand means that, with the new E-3008, we can offer an electric fastback SUV whose silhouette and Cockpit are sure to leave a lasting impression!" Long-time users can rest assured that not everything has been turned upside down: "It was important to retain certain ingredients of the original recipe. The 3008 was a vehicle with very strong exterior and interior styling, unrivalled driving pleasure and excellent homogeneity of performance and equipment. This homogeneity and balance, which delighted customers, has been retained, while pushing the cursor much further in terms of modernity and attractiveness," continues Gaëtan Dumoulin.

The new PEUGEOT E-3008 enters a new electric era, where Allure puts style at the service of efficiency. It stands out at first glance with its dynamic, aerodynamic fastback SUV lines. All this while remaining compact and retaining 520 liters of trunk space. In addition to the three-pronged lighting signature, the front end benefits from a new treatment in the form of an unmistakable grille and Pixel LED headlamps that automatically adapt the headlamp beam to traffic conditions.

The "wow!" effect - that's the reaction PEUGEOT is aiming for when discovering the new Panoramic i-Cockpit®! The head-up display and the large central touchscreen merge to form a single 21-inch high-definition curved panel. This gigantic screen literally floats above the dashboard via an "invisible" mount, a sensation reinforced by LED mood lighting that highlights the system. The central part of the dashboard is home to i-Toggles, fully customizable touch-sensitive buttons that can be programmed for quick access to 10 of the user's favorite functions. All controls fall naturally to hand from the top-of-the-range seats, now equipped with ventilation and adjustable side bolsters.

A new benchmark on the market, the new STLA Medium platform on which the E-3008 is based boasts record on-board energy between the wheels, with up to 98 kWh in a short wheelbase (2.73 m long). A high-performance design that enables the E-3008 to offer best-in-class autonomy while remaining compact. Gaëtan Dumoulin explains the range of electric powertrains available: "The new E-3008 SUV will offer an ELECTRIC 210 hp version at launch, with two additional versions to follow. A LONG RANGE version with a range of up to 700 km, and a DUAL MOTOR AWD version developing 320 hp. Enough to satisfy a wide range of uses and customer profiles."

The E-3008 is the first model to benefit from Stellantis' STLA Medium platform, which required a number of modifications at the factory. Designed for the Group's future electric vehicles, it sets new standards in terms of performance, range and recharging time. But what about the feel of the road, PEUGEOT's true DNA?
