Citroën We Care Warranty

Citroën We Care consists of additional warranty for 6 years with a special coverage (after the manufactures warranty has expired) and is activated when you choose to service your car at an authorized Citroën network according to our recommended maintenance schedule. It is valid until the next maintenance appointment afor up to 8 years and/or 160,000 km, in accordance with the program terms.

Available for all passenger cars and engine types, excluding AMI which is a quadricycle, this unique service covers essential vehicle components such as the engine, gearbox, transmission, and drivetrain for all new registrations from January 10, 2025.

Which vehicles are eligible for We Care?

Is there a mileage or age limit for We Care?

It is valid until the next maintenance appointment afor up to 8 years or 160,000 km, whichever comes first, in accordance with the program terms.

Is there a procedure to activate the We Care program?

No action is required; the subscription is automatic as long as the maintenance is performed within the Citroën network.

What happens if I sell my vehicle?

The Citroën We Care warranty is linked to the vehicle. Therefore, the new owner of the vehicle fully benefits from it, and its validity period remains unchanged.

What does the Citroën We Care warranty program cover?
