With Citroën Accident Assistance, you can be assured of assistance:

  • Organise vehicle recovery if your Citroën is immobile or unsafe to drive*​

  • Provide you with the choice of which Citroën Approved Repair Centre you wish to use​

  • Immediate digital notification to your selected Citroën Approved Accident Repair Centre​

  • Have your car assessed by Citroën trained specialists​

  • Produce a repair quote for you and your insurer​

  • Liaise with the Insurer regarding your incident and seek Authority for repair and vehicle recovery costs should you wish to claim​

  • See that repairs are carried out to the highest standards, using only Citroën Genuine Parts, so your warranty isn’t affected​

  • Track you repair via our online Repair Hub​

  • Organise a car for you to drive while yours is off the road (a like-for-like** model if the accident wasn’t your fault, and a courtesy car if it was)

* Vehicle Recovery costs are chargeable, but in most cases will be covered by the insurer. ​

AN EMERGENCY CALL FROM YOUR VEHICLE

If your car is fitted with the Citroën Connect Box (standard or optional depending on the version), you can contact Citroën Assistance by simply pressing the black button located above your rear-view mirror. In the event of a collision, a call will automatically be made to Citroën Assistance, which can send help immediately if necessary.

With every Citroën Service*

Have your vehicle serviced with us, and you’ll get 12 months FREE Roadside Assistance* from our partners at the RAC.

 

So, if something were to happen to your Citroën, we’ll be there with just one call. And if the RAC can’t fix your vehicle at the roadside, they’ll take you to your nearest Citroën Retailer where our Experts are on hand to get you back on the road.

In the event of a breakdown call Citroën Roadside Assistance on 0800 197 2046, lines are open 24 hours a day across the UK and Europe.

We provide cover in these situations:

 

  • Roadside Assistance
  • Recovery
  • Assistance At Home
  • Onward Travel
  • European Cover

 

Petrol, Diesel & Hybrid vehicles: All new Citroëns are covered, free of charge, for 12 months starting from the date of registration.

 

Electric vehicles: Are covered, free-of-charge, for 3 years or 100,000 (whichever occurs first), starting from the date of registration.

 

If you sell your vehicle within the free cover period, the remaining cover is transferred to the new owner.
