1.  Introduction and Entry Requirements​

 ​

1. The Promoter is Citroën UK Limited, Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry, CV3 1ND. The Promoter is a member of the Stellantis N.V. group of companies.​

 ​

1. These rules apply to the e-LCV Professional Days sales event, giving customers an additional £500 (excl VAT) discount for orders placed with a Stellantis retailer during the duration of the event:​

 ​

1. Events are planned to take place at participating Citroën UK LCV Retailers.​

 ​

1. Events are planned to be held during Monday 4th November 2024 to Monday 18th November 2024 inclusive​

 ​

1. By agreement and attendance of the event, the named participants to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter may terminate any qualification to the additional discount if the named participant fails to comply with any of these terms and conditions or are unlikely to do so.​

 ​

1. To qualify, named participants must: ​

 ​

1. Attend the customer event at a participating Retailer in person.​

 ​

1. Order a new BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) commercial vehicle between 4th November 2024 & 18th November 2024 inclusive, registered by 31st March 2025. (Excludes Ami Cargo).​

 ​

1. Provide personal details, including name, email address, post code and contact number.​

 ​

1. Agree to the terms and conditions set out and meeting the eligibility criteria as set out in section 2 of the terms and conditions (see Section 2 -Eligibility and restrictions).​

 ​

1. Personal data and Marketing​

 ​

1. Entrants who opt-in to marketing communications from Citroën UK Limited may receive future communications related to Stellantis products, promotions, and offers.​

 ​

1. Entrants are providing their information to Citroën UK Limited a member of Stellantis N.V. group of companies and not to any other party, unless otherwise stated. The administration of the additional £500 discount is a requested service as specified in our Citroen Privacy Policy.​

 ​

In order to administer the additional discount, the Promoter, and an associated agency on behalf of Citroën UK Limited will require certain essential information including name, address and contact details. ​

 ​

 ​

1. Eligibility and restrictions​

 ​

1. To be eligible for the additional £500 (excl VAT) discount: ​

 ​

1. Named participants must be a real person, over the age of 18 years old, permanently reside in the UK; and​

 ​

1. Attend the customer event at a participating Retailer​

 ​

1. Order a new BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) commercial vehicle between 4th November 2024 & 18th November 2024 inclusive.​

 ​

1. At the point of order, the e-LCV must be confirmed as deliverable and registerable by 31st March 2025. All qualifying vehicles must be registered by 31st March 2025, where these are in a registerable position. Qualifying vehicle must be registered in the United Kingdom.​

 ​

1. Entrants must not be an employee of Vauxhall Motors Limited, Citroën UK Limited, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles UK Ltd, Peugeot Motor Company PLC, or Stellantis N.V. group of companies, their immediate families, Stellantis N.V. group authorised retailers or agencies.​

 ​

2.2 The named participants are responsible for providing accurate personal details; the Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate details provided.​

 ​

2.3 No fee is required to qualify for the additional discount.​

 ​

1. Start and closing dates​

 ​

3.1 The events are due to take place at participating Citroën UK LCV Retailers, from Monday 4th November to Monday 18th November 2024 inclusive but may be rearranged or cancelled at any time.​

 ​

3.2 All named participants must attend a participating Retailer in person and order a new electric commercial vehicle during the event period, as alternative provisions cannot be made.​

 ​

3.3 No responsibility can be accepted for named participants being unable to attend during the event dates for whatever reason.​

 ​

3.4 We reserve the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions without notice but will seek to notify changes to named participants as early as possible.​

 ​

3.5 Attendance of the event in person will be deemed as acceptance of all terms and conditions.

Offer may be amended, changed or withdrawn at any time. Offer correct at time of publication. Offer covers residential installations for Business customers at their home address only; sole traders, Small Medium Enterprises. Offer does not apply to commercial installations. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Mainland UK: Citroën will support the supply of a complimentary EV Charger with standard residential installation, up to the value of £999 (inc. 1. The additional £500 (excl VAT) Discount​

 ​

4.1 Named participants in attendance at the customer event at a participating Retailer during the event period will be offered, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria in these terms and conditions:​

 ​

1. An additional £500 (excl. VAT) discount off the OTR (On The Road) price of a new electric Citroën van; and​

2. Offer applies to qualifying new electric commercial vehicles ordered between 4th November 2024 & 18th November 2024 inclusive. (Excludes Ami Cargo); and​

3. Offer applies to Outright Purchase, Business Contract Purchase, Conditional Sale, Business Contract Hire & Business Finance Lease purchases. Where a finance or leasing quote is provided, and the additional £500 discount is proposed into the quote, the validity of this quote will not extend beyond the 18th November 2024; and​

4. Offer is available to business users only that operate up to 50 vehicles in their business fleet, this will include (but not limited to) sole traders & Small Medium Enterprises ); and​

5. Should a new electric light commercial vehicle (e-LCV) order not be placed on the day the customer attends the event, then the named participant can receive the discount on an alternative date, but no later than 18th November 2024 and will be subject to availability; and​

6. The voucher is not redeemable against any other purchases other than 100% electric light commercial vehicles; and​

7. No alternative venues can be offered nor extensions to the validity date of the discount.​

 ​

4.2 Named participants in attendance on the customer event, at the participating Retailer will:​

 ​

1. Be offered an additional £500 (excl. VAT) discount off the OTR (On The Road) price when placing an order for a new electric Citroën commercial vehicle; and​

2. The additional discount can be applied to orders placed at any time during the event period, but not prior to 4th November 2024 or after 18th November 2024; and​

3. Vehicles ordered between 4th November 2024 & 18th November 2024 must be subsequently registered by 31st March 2025 in order to receive the additional discount; and​

4. No alternative venues can be offered nor any extensions to the validity date of the discount.​

 ​

4.3 Named participants will have the terms and conditions outlined to them to ensure they fully understand the eligibility criteria, as well as any potential costs associated with the purchase of a new electric light commercial vehicle. ​

 ​

4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to require valid proof of identification (as determined in its sole discretion) from the named participant prior to honouring the additional discount terms.​

 ​

4.4 No cash alternative to the additional discount will be offered. The additional discount is not exchangeable (cannot be swapped for anything of equal or lesser value).​

1. The additional discount is non-transferable to any other party or individual or location other than the participating Retailer; and​

2. The additional discount has no monetary value, and monies will not be refunded should the new vehicle order be subsequently cancelled.​

 ​

1. Publicity​

 ​

1. We may undertake publicity activities relating to events. The named participant therefore agrees to the use of their name and photograph in such publicity.​

 ​

1. All other personal details collected as part of the event will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.​

 ​

1. General Conditions​

 ​

6.1 These terms and conditions, and any instructions from the Promoter, constitute the entire agreement between the Named Participant, the Citroën Retailer and the Promoter relating to this Promotion and supersede any prior agreements between the Named Participant, the Citroën Retailer, and the Promoter. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of the terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.​

 ​

6.2 The promoter's decision in respect of all matters relating to the offer shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. Participants acknowledge and agree that the promoter's decisions, including but not limited to eligibility determinations, are conclusive and without appeal.​

 ​

6.3 The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer, any event and these terms and conditions without notice at any time, but will seek to provide notice where possible.​

 ​

6.4 Without prejudice to the foregoing, events organised by the Promoter may be cancelled due to (but not limited to) pandemic, epidemic or restrictions on public gatherings .​

 ​

6.5 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs not specifically included in the offer such as but not limited to: overnight accommodation, transport costs, spending money, taxes or personal expenditure.​

 ​

6.6 Named Participants agree to release the Promoter and its affiliates, partners and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands and causes of action for personal injury and or damage, theft or loss suffered in connection with the event or additional discount offer, except where due to the negligence of the Promoter or its affiliates, partners and employees.​

 ​

6.7 The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
