SOS & ASSISTANCE(i) Connect SOS and Assistance Services for radionavigation systems using a personal SIM card: For vehicles built before 2016, with radionavigation systems using a personal SIM card installed by the customer on the dedicated radio slot, Connect SOS and Assistance Services will cease operation. Due to platform technical obsolescence which is beyond our control, leading to additional security risks and data breach vulnerabilities, we have no choice but to decommission these services starting 1st January, 2024. Contracts subject to subscription are not affected. Please refer to the FAQ section on the Peugeot website for more information.

This service is available in early 2024 in different languages (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese and Portuguese) and in the following countries: Austria, Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain, Japan, Italy, Spain and Portugal. The Alexa Voice service is also available in the following countries but not in the local language: Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Netherlands, Switzerland, Poland.
