EXTENDED CARE SUSTAINera (i) Thanks for selecting Circular Economy parts from Stellantis NV range; these specific remanufactured / reused / recycled parts will contribute to generate at least 50% of material savings in respect of new parts in the related remanufacturing process. Values are given for information only and determined according to a Stellantis methodology approved by an independent company Sphera Sphera | Sustainability, Operational Risk Management & EHS Software. Further details about this methodology and approval from Sphera can be found hereafter : link to the document SC technical study on material savings.xlsx In case of unavailability, new original parts will be used.
Extended warranty (i) Extra coverage for your vehicle after the factory warranty has expired that covers all manufacturing defects due to failure on mechanical, electrical and electronical components
(Traction battery (i) Your traction battery is guaranted 8 years or up to 160,000 km, wihtin your Citroën's manufacturer warranty. + Citroën Assistance (i) Roadside assistance or towing 24/7, without mileage deductible, in more than 49 countries. In case of mechanical, electrical or electronic breakdown or tyre puncture. (incl. Power shortage (i) Energy shortage - if your battery lacks power we can recharge on site where permitted &/or towing to the charging station you desire within 80 km or the one nearest within that range. In case of mechanical, electrical or electronic breakdown or tyre puncture." (incl. Replacement vehicle (i) Replacement vehicle: In case of theft, fire and accident we can guarantee you a replacement vehicle to cover the period you are without a vehicle.
Mobility solutions (i) several solutions adapted to each situation to remain mobile.
Disinfection (i) Manual disinfection operation covering 38 interior/exterior contact points + cabin filter change.
Severe servicing schedule (i) Additional service required for customers with intensive use of their vehicle.
Pick up & Delivery (i) If your vehicle requires a repair/service you can choose the location and we will pick up vehicle and & deliver it back to you afterwards.
